The eighth round of the 2015 AFL campaign is set to kickoff on Friday May 22nd and as always, there are some intriguing matchups again this weekend. Let’s take a look at each contest as well as the current CrownBet odds and the likely victors.

Friday, May 22

Geelong Cats vs Carlton Blues tips

The action kicks off on Friday, May 22 at Etihad Stadium where the 13th-place Geelong Cats (3-4) will do battle with the last place Carlton Blues (1-6). Geelong was thumped by 43 points at the hands of the Sydney Swans last week at ANZ Stadium while the Blues were blown out by the Greater Western Sydney Giants by 78 points at the Etihad.
